Make & Take Workshop for HME Kindergarten Parents

Last Year event

Posted On: Tuesday, December 4, 2018

As a parent of a Harold McCormick kindergartener you are invited to a “Make & Take Workshop”. We feel strongly that every kindergarten family can benefit from the games and materials that are available for you to help your child succeed.

Our kindergarten classes need EVERY child on level and ready to learn the next skill. We don’t want any child to be left behind, so we at Harold McCormick are helping you help your child by offering free training and materials.

The rigor of the curriculum - even in kindergarten is elevated. ALL students need reinforcement from their first and best teacher – YOU their parents.

Please choose to attend the Parent Make and Take workshop as part of HME Family Involvement. You will leave with games and materials ready to help your child, plus you will get the added benefit of meeting parents of your child’s classmates. Let us know by returning the bottom of this form by Friday, Dec. 7, that you will be joining us in the Harold McCormick Library on December 14th from 1-3 PM.

This is an adult only event so that you can better focus on the skills your kindergarten child needs and ways you can work on academics in a fun and productive way. You will be finished in time to take your child without waiting in car line ??! No special crafting skills needed-just the use of scissors!
